The Full Story

75 Steady

I created the 75 Steady Wellness Challenge because I wanted something supportive, realistic, and sustainable—unlike programs that feel extreme or all-or-nothing. I thought about people like my mom, seniors, beginners, or anyone who might feel left out of intense challenges. I also reflected on my own ups and downs with fitness and how much small, steady habits have helped me heal and grow.

Our focus in this challenge is progress, not perfection. We’re learning to be more mindful, to make healthier choices each day, and to nurture balance in body, mind, and spirit. It’s about steady steps that create lasting change, not impossible standards.
